New Feature Added to our Customer Portal

New Features for our customer portal

For those of you who place your orders for fuel by calling Dispatch or the Answering Service, we have added a feature to our customer portal to simplify the process.  Upon logging on to the portal, you will see in the right column a field for “Fuel Orders”.   

Upon selecting the “Order Fuel” button, you will be redirected to a Fuel Order form.  You have the ability to input the number of gallons of each product desired, as well as the date and time you would like the product delivered.  Upon selecting the beginning time for the delivery window, the system will automatically add 4 hours to create the “window” of delivery time.  There is also a field to enter “Notes” if there is any additional information that you would like us to consider.  After completing the order, select the “Submit” button.  An email of your order will be sent to the dispatchers and a copy will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you.
